BRS Aerospace Announces Enhanced Parachute Repack Center Network/Special Incentives

South St. Paul, MN, USA July 26th, 2010 -- BRS Aerospace ("Ballistic Recovery Systems" or "BRS") of South St. Paul, Minnesota, USA (BRSI.PK) today announced that it will begin providing full repack servicing of its whole airframe parachute recovery systems for the Cirrus Design SR20 and SR22 aircraft, as well as Cessna 172/182s, through a collaborative network of certified repair centers. The repack service center network has been established to service the upcoming 10-year service requirements for these GA/certified aircraft.
BRS Parachute System Saves Four in Dramatic Norway Emergency

South St. Paul, MN, USA June 3rd, 2010 -- BRS Aerospace (“Ballistic Recovery Systems”) of South St. Paul, Minnesota, USA (BRSI.PK) announced its 250th documented save when four people in a Cirrus SR20 SRV G3 single-engine aircraft were uninjured after deploying their BRS ballistic emergency parachute over unlandable rocky terrain in southern Norway on May 28th during an in-flight/enroute emergency. The pilot apparently lost control of the aircraft due to disorientation upon entering instrument (IMC) conditions and/or severe icing and elected to deploy his parachute.
BRS-601 Rocket Granted Important European Union “CE” Mark

South St. Paul, MN, USA May 24th, 2010 -- BRS Aerospace of South St. Paul, Minnesota, USA, (“Ballistic Recovery Systems”) announced today that it has been awarded the European Union “CE” (or ) mark for its BRS-601 pyrotechnic rocket used in many of its whole-aircraft emergency parachute recovery systems sold to selected sport aircraft enthusiasts throughout Europe.
